1. 입학 요강 :
봄 학기 - 2007년 봄 학기를 위해 2006년 11월 15일 까지 신청
가을 학기 - 장학금 신청을 하시고자 하는 학생은 3월 1일~30일 경 사이에 신청 (2006년도 기준)
== 신청서 작성, 포토폴리오, 실기 시험, 영어 시험 점수, 최종학력증명서
- 장학금 신청 아닌 후보자는 7월 15일 까지 신청 (2006년도 기준)
2. 입학 신청서와 필요 서류
입학 신청서, 포토폴리오 (12~20 점의 작품- 만약 작품을 메일로 보내고자 한다면 슬라이드 혹은 jpeg 활주를 가진 CD로 첨부한다), Home exam(작품당 작품에 해당되는 에세이를 첨부해야한다), TOEFL 213/550, 동기서, 이력서, 추천서 - 서류는 영어로 모두 공증 그리고 사본을 보낸다.
* 면접을 볼 수 있는 자는 Home exam과 포토폴리오를 가져가서 직접 설명을 하게 된다.
면접을 볼 수 없는 자는 두가지를 CD로 위의 설명처럼 첨부한다. 원본은 받아 들어지지 않는다.
<Home Exam>
1. Draw a self-portrait in pencil. Colored pencil is acceptable. Draw from a mirror, and include foreground and background. 연필로 자화상 드로잉 (색깔있는 연필 허용)
2. Use cut or torn paper to construct a color collage representing an interior scene.
To apply for departmental transfer you will need to have completed the equivalent of Parsons Paris' first-year Foundation Program (approximately 24 studio art credits).

3. Create a collage that defines the lifestyle of the kind of woman or man for whom you would like to design. Use images taken from magazines and pay attention to color, textures and other basic elements. 디자인하고 싶은 여성이나 남성의 라이프스타일을 콜라주로 창조하기(패션잡지와 컬러, 텍스타일등 참고)
4. Using the collage from step 3 above, design five outfits for one season. Present as color drawings. 위의 3가지 처럼 한가지 계절을 골라 5벌의 계절의상을 디자인 하기
<Portfolio>
1. The portfolio should consist of observational drawing and painting work, including portraits, still life, figure drawing and interior and exterior spaces. Artwork should demonstrate the applicant’s ability to represent the three-dimensional world on a two-dimensional plane. 관찰자 드로잉, 패인트 초상화를 포함해서 포토폴리오를 구성한다. 2D를 3D 평면으로 표현해야한다.
2. Portfolios should not contain work specific to an intended major. You are not applying to a particular department. You are applying for entry into the school based on our freshman requirements. 전공의 의도를 포함하지 않은 포토폴리오야한다. 특별 분야에 대해서 지원 할 수 없다. 1학년 레벨에 기초로 해서 지원해야 한다.
3. We will not review work copied from a two-dimensional source, such as a photograph or work created solely from the imagination. 예를 들어 포토폴리오 작업을 위한 창의적인 혼자 작업한 일 사진처럼 카피본은 2D자료를 돌려주지 않는다.
